Services are by appointment only. All services are scheduled through our online booking and require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Appointments that are not confirmed will be canceled 24 hours before the appointment time. If you need assistance scheduling your service you may call 919-356-0540
Scheduling Changes and Cancellations
We request 24 hours’ notice for scheduling changes and cancellations. All appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of services booked. No-shows and appointments canceled within 2 hours of appointment time are charged 100% of services booked. Late cancellations and no-show fees must be paid prior to rescheduling future appointments. Please know that our cancellation policy is not a punishment, but compensation for your esthetician who set time aside, especially for you.
If you are late for your appointment we will do our best to accommodate your service in the time remaining. Out of respect to our next scheduled client, we can not extend appointment times for late arrivals which may result in your service being shortened or rescheduled. You will be responsible for the payment of full service.
Guests and children
We love your friends, family, and children but for liability reasons as well as to provide enough seating and a relaxed atmosphere for clients receiving services we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment alone. Only children receiving services are allowed at the boutique. Minors receiving services must be accompanied by a parent during the entire service.
Hair growth and appointments
Please have at least 2 weeks of hair growth. Clients who arrive to their appointment that have shaved recently will not have enough growth to be waxed and will still be charged for services booked.
Return and refund policy
No refunds on products or services. If you are unhappy with your service please contact us immediately and we promise to make it right.
No video or photos are permitted to be taken in treatment rooms.
